THE INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS
Eight people are selected for the day and are put in pairs. Each pair is scheduled a 90 minute intensive coaching session.
Mark sets up in one of your meeting rooms with a camera and playback facility and begins by conducting a basic interview. Together, Mark and the two delegates watch this performance back and review.
The way you act during an interview reveals a great deal about the way you are perceived in the real world and this is something which creates an ideal opportunity for a thorough insight into strengths and weaknesses. As a result this can become quite a personal session with huge advantages for development.
Mark then takes both participants through a variety of meeting and straight presentation scenarios. There will be questions about them and their business and they will be asked to present some ideas in a boardroom, setup and get a chance to make a presentation or a pitch.

Boardroom etiquette
Becoming a Business Friend
Using eye contact and reading body language
Standing up to make a presentation
The correct way to network a professional event
Winning people over while pitching for new business
Anything done in day to day business and in general interaction with the client can be incorporated into these bespoke coaching sessions.
All content in the sessions will be filmed and then reviewed. Participants will get valuable and effective advice and, in the space of the 90 minute session, will make huge improvements in style, delivery and approach.
Mark also covers the important area of soft skills. From shaking hands or choosing your seat in a boardroom to walking up to total strangers at a conference - the rules, the methods, the tricks.
It is a highly motivational and practical session.
